When's the sale?!

What's your return policy?
  • All discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping on full-price purchases is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.

When will my order arrive?

  • Due to the high volume of orders placed during the sale, please allow 7-10 business days for orders to process before they ship. Orders ship once processed and may arrive in multiple shipments. 
  • Please know that our system does not provide automatic tracking updates, however, per estimated UPS Ground shipping times, you can expect your goodies within 4-7 business days after fulfillment. For additional shipping inquiries, e-mail sales@inthepinkonline.com. We are working day and night to fill all orders and appreciate your patience! 

Is the sale in stores as well?

  • We will be honoring inthepinkonline.com sale prices in stores! Click here for a list of locations. 
Do you charge for shipping?
  • There is a $10 UPS Ground shipping fee. Expedited shipping will not be offered during the sale.

Do you price match?

  • We are an independently owned company and therefore are unfortunately unable to price match.

Can I use a gift card?

  • If using a gift card to fund an order, please contact our Falmouth store at 508-540-0697. We accept both In the Pink and Lilly Pulitzer gift cards. 

I just placed an order but want to change a size or colorcan I do that?

  • Once your order is submitted, no additional changes may be made. Please triple-check your order before submitting! 

I want to buy a bike! How do I do so?

  • Add the item to your cart and check out as normal. Customer then must contact our Falmouth store at 508-540-0697 to discuss pick-up or shipping options. Store hours: Mon-Sat 10AM-5PM; Sun 11AM-5PM

 

Please note: Quantities are limited and are not guaranteed. In The Pink will contact any customers who purchased items that are no longer available to set up a refund. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout.
